Description

1. Oversee civil engineering aspects of construction projects including structural works, site execution, and quality control.
2. Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams to ensure seamless integration with civil works.
3. Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
4. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
5. Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of tasks.
6. Ensure all civil and MEP works are completed as per approved drawings and project timeline.
7. Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update project status to management.
8. Participate in site meetings and coordinate across disciplines to resolve any design or execution issues.
9. Inspect and approve materials used for both civil and MEP works.
10. Assist in preparing as-built drawings and handover documentation.
