Job Title: Cleaner
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
1. General Cleaning Duties:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
Wash windows, doors, and glass surfaces.
2. Waste Management:
Collect and properly dispose of trash and recyclables.
Replace trash bags and ensure waste bins are clean and odor-free.
3. Sanitization & Hygiene Maintenance:
Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and handrails.
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain hygiene standards.
4. Supply Management:
Restock cleaning supplies, paper towels, and toiletries.
Inform the supervisor when new cleaning materials are needed.
5. Safety & Maintenance:
Use cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with instructions.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
Follow workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents.
Skills & Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning equipment.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting during cleaning tasks.
Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleanliness.
Good time management and ability to follow a cleaning schedule.
