Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff and room attendants.

Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities for cleanliness and quality.

Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.

Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.

Prepare work schedules and assign tasks.

Report maintenance issues or repairs needed.

Ensure all hotel hygiene and cleanliness standards are met consistently.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar supervisory role (hotel preferred).

Good communication and leadership skills.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to manage a team and work flexible hours.
