Description

We are looking for an Compliance Officer who will ensures that the company operates in accordance with UAE laws, industry regulations, and internal policies. The role involves monitoring regulatory compliance, developing company procedures, conducting audits, and advising management on legal and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures.

Ensure adherence to UAE laws, Dubai Municipality, and regulatory authority requirements.

Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps.

Liaise with external auditors, legal advisors, and government bodies.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing regulations (DMCC, DED, RERA, FTA, etc.).

Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory agencies.

Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.

Train employees on company policies, ethics, and compliance requirements.

Maintain documentation for licenses, permits, and renewals.

Ensure data protection and confidentiality as per UAE legal requirements.
