We are hiring a Construction Site Supervisor, who will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and in compliance with quality standards and regulations. The role involves supervising workers, coordinating with contractors, and reporting to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction operations on-site

Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality guidelines

Monitor work progress and report delays or issues to management

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams

Review site plans, drawings, and specifications

Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment

Maintain site records, reports, and documentation

Address and resolve on-site problems promptly
