We are looking for a reliable Crane Operator Assistant to support crane operations at construction sites. The ideal candidate will assist the crane operator in lifting, moving, and securing materials safely and efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist crane operators during lifting and moving of materials.

Signal and communicate effectively with the crane operator using hand signals or radios.

Prepare and secure loads before lifting.

Inspect crane equipment, slings, and rigging tools for safety before use.

Maintain clear and safe work areas around the crane operation site.

Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately.

Follow site safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
