We are looking for Energetic Male/Female Customer Service Executive
Manage Inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics and updating the booking software.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Coordinating with Operations Teams for the same
Demonstrable success working in Customer Service
Apt phone etiquette and friendly phone voice
Polished convincing and negotiations skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
