Looking for experienced candidates with good communication skills in English.( Arabic will be an added advantage ). Duties include- help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Some duties of front office/ reception also included.
