Customer Service Representative (Freshers)
Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide information about products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Document customer interactions and maintain records in the system
Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction with solutions provided
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively
Meet performance targets and contribute to overall team success

Requirements:
Fresh graduate or high school diploma
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with customer service software
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
