Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Process orders, forms, and applications as required
Provide support to the sales team by identifying customer needs
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain quality service
Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service or a related role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
