We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Guide customers through products, services, or processes
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Collaborate with other departments to handle escalations
Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions
Handle returns, exchanges, and order tracking (if applicable)
Meet performance targets and maintain service quality standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software
