We are seeking a courteous and professional Airport Customer Service Agent to provide excellent service to passengers at the airport. The role involves assisting travelers during check-in, boarding, and arrival, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant airport experience that aligns with company and airline standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet passengers and provide assistance at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas.

Verify passenger documents such as tickets, passports, and visas.

Assist with baggage handling, tagging, and resolving lost or damaged luggage issues.

Provide flight information, gate updates, and travel assistance to passengers.

Coordinate with security, immigration, and airline teams for smooth passenger flow.

Handle special requests for elderly passengers, unaccompanied minors, and persons with disabilities.

Manage customer complaints calmly and provide effective solutions.

Ensure compliance with airport and airline safety regulations.

Prepare and process necessary reports and documentation as required.
