Description
We are urgently seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to manage patient records and data in our hospital.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update patient information accurately into the system
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
Assist with record-keeping and report generation
Requirements:
Previous experience in data entry or administrative work preferred
Strong attention to detail and typing accuracy
Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
