Description

We are seeking an experienced and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team at a 5-star hotel restaurant. In this position, you will enter and process orders and customer information, maintenance data entry systems, and ensure all customer information and records are up-to-date and accurate.

Responsibilities:

Process customer orders and manage inventory data entry.

Establish and maintain database spreadsheets and other record keeping systems.

Input and compile large amounts of data into the company’s databases.

Ensure accuracy of customer data entry and order entry.

Communicate with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Utilize software to generate reports, invoice customers, and track orders.

Follow all data entry processes to ensure accuracy.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service and data entry roles.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and organization skills.

Proven ability to multi-task and maintain strict attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications and databases.
