Job Opportunity: Data Entry Operator

* Responsibilities:

Enter data into computer systems and maintain accurate records.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering it into databases.
Update and maintain databases with new information as needed.
Retrieve and review data from databases for reporting and analysis purposes.
Ensure data integrity and security by following data entry procedures and protocols.
Assist in preparing data for input into various reports and presentations.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files when needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

* Requirements:

Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role.
Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is preferred.
Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and verification.
Proficiency in using computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or computer operations is a plus.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
