Responsibilities:

Enter data accurately and efficiently into databases and spreadsheets
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Organize and archive data files as needed
Generate reports and summaries from the database
Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency
Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure quality and efficiency
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
Proficiency in data entry and typing skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of data entry software and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus
