Position: Data Entry Operator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and fast-paced Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain data in our systems. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and integrity of data for seamless operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into databases accurately and efficiently.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Review and correct errors in data entries.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
Generate reports and assist with data management tasks as required.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer or typing courses a plus.
Proven data entry experience or related office experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
