Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will input, verify, and manage data with accuracy and speed while maintaining the integrity of the database.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data into company databases and systems.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct errors.
Retrieve data as requested for reports or analysis.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Organize and manage files and records for easy accessibility.
Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management are a plus.
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
Proficiency in typing with high accuracy and speed.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
