Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases
Verify and cross-check data for errors or discrepancies
Maintain and organize files, documents, and records
Prepare reports and summaries as required
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
