Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and manage data within our systems. Responsibilities include verifying data accuracy, maintaining organized records, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Responsibility:
• Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
• Update existing data as needed to ensure it remains current and correct.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Correct errors and inconsistencies in data before entering.
• Maintain well-organized records of all entered data.
• Ensure proper storage and security of sensitive information.

Requirements:
• Additional certifications in data entry, typing, or computer applications are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
• Fast and accurate typing skills (typically 40-60 WPM or higher).
• Strong focus on accuracy to ensure error-free data entry.
• Ability to identify and correct inconsistencies or errors in data.
• Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain organized and accessible records.
