Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems
Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies
Maintain and organize digital and physical records
Retrieve and process data as required by management
Perform regular backups to secure data
Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive information
Work collaboratively with other team members to improve data management processes

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role preferred
Proficient in typing with a high level of accuracy and speed
Strong knowledge of MS Office and data entry software
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
