Description

We are looking for a fast and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data across various company systems, ensuring that information is current, organized, and securely stored.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data from source documents into databases or spreadsheets.
Verify and correct data where necessary to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Prepare and sort documents before data entry.
Generate reports and perform basic data analysis when required.
Follow data confidentiality and security policies.
Coordinate with other departments to obtain and clarify data.
Perform routine backups to secure data.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role preferred.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with data management and office software.
Basic knowledge of English; other language skills are a plus.
