Position: Day Care Staff

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Overview:
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Day Care Staff to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children in our care. The ideal candidate will support the development of young children through activities, supervision, and positive interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
Plan and engage children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
Help with meal preparation, serving, and cleanup.
Support children with daily routines, including nap time, hygiene, and dressing.
Communicate with parents/guardians about their child’s progress and any concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
Follow health and safety guidelines and emergency procedures.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a certification in early childhood education is a plus.
Experience working with young children in a similar role.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
