Position: Day Care Staff

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Overview:
We are looking for caring and responsible individuals to join our team as Day Care Staff. The successful candidate will provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, ensuring their well-being and development.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor the safety of children in the day care.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to encourage learning and development.
Prepare meals and snacks and assist children during meal times.
Maintain a clean and organized environment, including play areas and classrooms.
Communicate with parents/guardians regarding children’s progress and daily activities.
Address behavioral or emotional concerns with patience and professionalism.
Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in early childhood education is a plus.
Previous experience in child care or a similar role preferred.
Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings and afternoons.
