Position: Day Care Staff

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Day Care Staff members to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children while supporting their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities.
Ensure a safe and healthy environment by following safety and cleanliness guidelines.
Assist in planning and implementing educational and recreational activities.
Monitor children’s behavior and address any concerns with care and patience.
Communicate with parents and caregivers about children’s progress and daily activities.
Help with meal preparation and ensure children follow a proper eating routine.
Support lead teachers and other staff members in daily operations.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in early childhood education is a plus.
Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, kindness, and a passion for working with children.
Ability to work as part of a team and take direction.
Willingness to undergo background checks and first aid/CPR training (if not already certified).
