We are hiring a Delivery Coordinator to manage delivery orders, assign drivers, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure smooth and on-time service. The ideal candidate must be organized, fast in communication, and familiar with delivery platforms.

 Job Description: Delivery Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily delivery orders from POS and online platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon Food, Careem).

Assign orders to drivers/riders and monitor their performance.

Track delivery routes to ensure timely drop-offs.

Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, or special requests.

Coordinate with kitchen and packing team to ensure orders are ready on time.

Resolve delivery issues, complaints, and driver concerns.

Maintain delivery logs, rider schedules, and performance reports.

Ensure delivery staff follow company policies and hygiene standards.

Manage cash collection and reconciliation from drivers (if applicable).
