Description

We are looking for a Disbursing Officer to manage and oversee the disbursement of funds, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and experienced in handling financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, authorize, and process cash disbursements and payments.

Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.

Ensure compliance with company financial policies and UAE regulations.

Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting.

Coordinate with the accounting and finance team for smooth operations.
