Job Title: Document Controller

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to manage and maintain company documents in a secure and efficient manner. The Document Controller will ensure that documents are properly filed, accessible, and stored according to company standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Control the issuance, receipt, and tracking of documents (hard copy and electronic).
Maintain and update document control registers and logs.
Ensure all documents are filed correctly and can be easily retrieved.
Distribute documents to relevant departments or personnel as required.
Perform regular audits and maintain document confidentiality and security.
Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports, manuals, and presentations.
Ensure documents meet regulatory and quality standards.
Support project teams and management with documentation needs.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
Proficient in MS Office and document management software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
