Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee our online sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and growth.
Manage and optimize the company’s online store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Analyze website performance, traffic, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective online campaigns and promotions.
Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and product listings.
Utilize SEO, SEM, and social media marketing to drive traffic and increase brand visibility.
Monitor and report on e-commerce metrics and KPIs, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the online shopping experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO and PPC.
