Description

The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures to ensure safe and efficient operation within the facility or project site.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and control systems.

Diagnose and repair electrical issues such as short circuits, tripped breakers, and power failures.

Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to identify potential problems.

Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety standards and UAE electrical codes.

Assist in connecting machinery, HVAC units, and power distribution systems.

Replace defective components, such as switches, outlets, and circuit breakers.

Test electrical systems using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.

Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Maintain records of work performed, tools used, and materials consumed.

Follow safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
