 Key Responsibilities (vary by role):

Manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support.

Handle scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.

Greet and assist visitors, manage front desk operations

Proven experience in a similar role (1–4 years depending on position).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Candidates must be currently based in UAE.
