We are urgently hire for Executive Secretary

Receive and sort mails/deliveries/couriers on a daily basıs Administers correspondence, compose letters and responses Manages incoming calls and prioritizes phone messages emails Document controlling for all project documents and employee files * Providing any requested documents, drawing, submittals, letters to other departments Prepare local purchase orders, concrete bookings, invoices and quotations maintaining the payroll, and keeping a record of all business transactions Coordinate with accounting department on all payments and received invoices Processing/Preparing bills and petty cash from employees and forward it to accounts Coordinate with P.RO. regarding all employee’s documents and visa processing * Perform Human Resources duties such as screening of applicants making memos and letters and maintaining files for all employees and company documents Assist and serve visitors by greeting and announcing them approx lately Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings Assisting employees across levels Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stocks to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies; placing orders and verifying receipt of the supplies Developing and maintaining a filing system Other general and administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc
