Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our restaurant, ensuring excellent service, food quality, and a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain high standards of customer service and address guest concerns promptly.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and adherence to hygiene standards.
Train and mentor staff to enhance performance and efficiency.
Assist in inventory management and ensure proper stock levels.
Support the management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Requirements:
Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role in a restaurant setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
