Qualification:
• Project Planning: Define scope, schedule, and deliverables; coordinate with all stakeholders.
• Budget Management: Monitor and control project costs; ensure expenditures align with the budget.
• Procurement: Manage material and subcontractor selection; ensure timely delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Verify all work meets design, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordination with Trades: Work closely with MEP and other trades to align timelines and requirements, ensuring they deliver on time.
• Risk Management: Identify risks, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Communication: Maintain regular updates with stakeholders; manage documentation and approvals.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and support the project team; monitor performance and resolve conflicts.
• Time Management: Ensure project milestones are achieved and delays are minimized.
• Client Relations: Address client expectations, feedback, and approvals.
• Handover: Oversee final inspections, snagging, and submission of handover documents.
