Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Food Safety Officer to ensure our food products meet the highest safety and hygiene standards in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and evaluate food handling, storage, and preparation procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Develop and implement food safety policies and procedures across the facility.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of food processing areas to identify potential hazards.
Monitor compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and other relevant food safety standards.
Investigate food safety incidents and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Food Safety Officer or in a similar role in the food industry.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
