We are hiring an experienced Foreman / Site Supervisor for a leading construction company in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site construction activities and workforce
Ensure implementation of safety and quality standards
Coordinate with engineers & subcontractors to meet project timelines
Allocate work, monitor progress, and resolve site issues
Prepare daily reports and update project management

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in construction supervision
Strong leadership & communication skills
Knowledge of site safety procedures
Ability to read drawings and manage teams
Immediate joiners preferred
