Description

We are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Executive to manage end-to-end freight operations, including air, sea, and land shipments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in documentation, coordination with carriers, and providing clients with smooth logistics support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle air, sea & land freight operations from booking to delivery.

Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and agents.

Prepare and verify all export/import documents (BL, AWB, MBL/HBL, invoices, packing list).

Track shipments and ensure timely updates to customers.

Negotiate rates with carriers and prepare quotations for clients.

Arrange customs clearance and follow up with brokers.

Ensure compliance with UAE and international shipping regulations.

Manage customer queries and provide excellent service.

Maintain shipment records in the system.
