Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Receptionist to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, handling incoming calls, and managing front-desk operations efficiently and with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and email correspondence
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Coordinate with internal departments and provide general support
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
