Job Title: Front Office Secretary
Department: Administration / Reception
Reports To: Office Manager / Admin Head
Job Purpose:
To act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while performing secretarial duties to support the smooth operation of the front office and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, clients, and staff professionally and direct them appropriately.
Answer, screen, and route phone calls; take messages as needed.
Manage front desk operations, including incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
