Key Responsibilities:

Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment
Help in general cleaning and maintenance of the worksite or facility
Assist skilled workers in tasks as directed, such as lifting, moving, and arranging items
Ensure tools, equipment, and supplies are available and organized
Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards or issues to supervisors
Support team members in daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow
Perform other manual labor tasks as needed, depending on project requirements
Requirements:

Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
Basic understanding of health and safety practices
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
Positive attitude and the ability to work well with a team
