We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented Ground Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will ensure smooth airport operations, provide excellent customer service, and maintain safety and efficiency in all ground handling activities.

Responsibilities:

Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.

Provide information and support regarding flight schedules, gates, and airport procedures.

Coordinate with cabin crew and flight operations for timely departures.

Handle passenger queries, complaints, and lost luggage efficiently.

Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times.

Support special assistance passengers (elderly, disabled, etc.).
