Description

We are looking for Ground Staff who will do the following responsibilities:

Passenger Assistance

Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and arrival

Provide information and guidance on airport procedures

Help with special needs passengers (elderly, children, disabled)

Baggage Handling

Check and tag luggage

Ensure safe handling and delivery of baggage

Coordinate with baggage claim and storage

Operational Support

Coordinate with airline, security, and airport teams

Monitor flight schedules and assist with smooth operations

Prepare boarding passes and travel documents

Customer Service

Address passenger complaints and queries politely

Provide a positive and professional airport experience

Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude

Safety & Compliance

Ensure all airport safety rules are followed

Report any irregularities or security issues

Assist in emergency situations when required

Administrative Duties

Maintain records of passenger movements and baggage
