Description
Head Cashier
1. Bookkeeping & Data Entry
Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments).
Maintain general ledger entries.
Update and reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable
Prepare and process invoices.
Track and follow up on customer payments.
Manage vendor bills and payments.
3. Reconciliation Tasks
Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Reconcile credit card and petty cash accounts
