We are seeking a reliable and experienced Head Cashier to manage cash operations at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will oversee cashier staff, handle customer payments, ensure accurate transactions, and maintain smooth front counter operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and train cashier team members.

Handle customer billing, payments, and refunds accurately.

Monitor daily cash flow, prepare cash reports, and reconcile balances.

Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and procedures.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve billing issues.

Assist management in improving cashier operations and efficiency.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Head Cashier / Cashier in a restaurant or retail environment.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Knowledge of POS systems and basic accounting.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
