Job Description:
Lead our culinary team as a Head Cook! We are seeking a skilled and creative individual to oversee kitchen operations, plan menus, and ensure the delivery of high-quality and delicious dishes.

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate daily kitchen activities
Develop and create innovative menus
Supervise and lead kitchen staff in food preparation
Ensure food quality and consistency
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Adhere to health and safety regulations
Collaborate with management for menu planning and cost control
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Cook or in a similar role
Culinary degree or relevant certification
Strong leadership and management skills
Creative and innovative approach to cooking
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
