 Monitor dining areas to anticipate guest needs.
 Handle guest complaints or requests with grace and efficiency.
 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Requirements:
 Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a customer service role.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming demeanor.
 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
 Strong organizational and time management abilities.
 Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
