Host/Hostess

We are looking for a welcoming and professional Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you have a warm personality and excellent customer service skills, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:
 Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
 Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
 Assist guests with menu inquiries and special requests
 Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure smooth table turnover
 Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area
 Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information

Requirements:
 Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Professional appearance and positive attitude
 Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
 Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
