We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage

Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and staff performance

Monitor budgets, financial reports, and occupancy rates

Hire, train, and manage hotel staff

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies

Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly

Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role

Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)

Proficient in hotel management software (PMS systems)

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
