We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain profitability at our hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, financial, and hospitality management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and address customer complaints promptly
Manage hotel budgets, control expenses, and optimize revenue
Lead and supervise department heads and hotel staff
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
Monitor occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and market trends
Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to boost hotel visibility
Recruit, train, and evaluate team performance
Prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
5+ years of experience in hotel management (UAE experience preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and organizational abilities
Proficient in hotel management software
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Knowledge of Dubai tourism and hospitality standards
