We are seeking a professional and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all departments, supervising staff, optimizing occupancy and revenue, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
Ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service and prompt problem resolution
Monitor hotel performance and prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Manage and train department heads and staff, ensuring adherence to company standards
Implement and maintain policies and procedures for smooth and efficient operations
Coordinate marketing and promotional efforts to drive occupancy and revenue
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally
Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement
Represent the hotel in meetings with stakeholders, partners, and local authorities

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hotel operations role
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, Cloudbeds, or similar)
Financial acumen and understanding of budgeting, P&L, and cost control
Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
UAE experience and driving license (preferred)

Working Conditions:
Full-time role in a hospitality environment
May require extended hours and availability during emergencies or peak seasons
Hands-on involvement across all departments
